Refund Policy
At Ctarmedia, a refund constitutes the reimbursement of the cost of a product or service to a customer, regardless of the reason for the reimbursement ("Refund"). We process refunds by reversing the amount previously charged to the customer's payment method. The appropriate amount is then credited back to the original payment method used by the customer.
Ctarmedia offers refunds only if the delivered service does not meet the specifications outlined or if we are unable to rectify any issues related to the service or product. Refunds will not exceed the original purchase price, and our delivery timelines are subject to team capacity, which may cause delays. However, as long as the service is delivered, refunds will not be issued due to delayed delivery.
Refunds will be issued exclusively to the original payment source. For instance, if an order was paid for with a credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card account. Similarly, if the order was funded via PayPal, the refund will be directed to the original PayPal account. If the PayPal account is no longer active, please contact Ctarmedia for assistance.
